Regional Capability Community Fund

The Regional Capability Community Fund (RCCF) supports rural, regional and remote communities across South Australia to better protect themselves from the impact of disasters such as extreme weather, fire and flood.

The Minister for Emergency Services extends the grant scheme to 2021 (news release)

On 18 October 2017, Minister Picton announced an additional almost $1 million in grant funding to boost the ability of individuals and community groups to respond safely to bushfires and other natural disasters.

The next opportunity to apply will be in March 2018

In early 2018, applications will be sought for the final year of this grant program. All remaining grant funds will be allocated to South Australians to support the purchase of items that enhance community capability to respond to, and reduce the impacts of emergencies.
