The following information is provided as a guide to making an application in 2019.
Co-funding is available towards the purchase of equipment or goods that enhance community capability to respond to, and reduce the impacts of emergencies that occur in rural, regional and remote communities.

You can apply for up to half of the quoted purchase price of items up to a maximum of $2,500 GST exclusive.
We encourage you to get your quote from your local supplier to support the local community.

Individuals, businesses, community groups, not for profit organisations and local government can apply.
Only one application per physical property address, individual or organisation will be considered.
If your application in previous funding rounds was successful or not, you can still apply for the same or different items in future years.
On your application you will be required to attach a valid quote from a supplier to verify the purchase price of the requested items under consideration.
Don't buy it yet. Grant funding will not be provided for items you have already purchased prior to approval.
Please wait until you receive official notification of grant funding approval from the Minster (no later than 30 June 2018) before securing your purchase.
