The incident summary page provides a list of all current incidents. This is used to provide information to callers in the majority of cases.

Information booklets are available at all SES Offices and Local Government Offices - information is also available on the SES website (www.ses.sa.gov.au).
You may offer to post a copy of the Information Booklets, which includes information that can assist the caller with making informed choices in regards to severe weather incidents. In this case take the name, address and request of the caller and email it to SES Headquarters at seshq@ses.sa.gov.au who will post the relevant information to them.
The Community FloodSafe Program provides information to residents living in flood prone areas and also advice about preparing for storms.
These programs provide residents with the opportunity to raise their awareness of their flood risk, storm behaviour, how to protect their house and property, personal safety and action planning.
Information Booklets are available via all SES Offices and Local Government Officers - information is also available on the SES website www.ses.sa.gov.au. Most of the publications are available in a printable PDF format.
